Protocol Overview & Legal Basis

This Law Enforcement Requests and Cooperation Protocol governs how ULFA Platform (ULFA.LIVE) receives, verifies, and responds to official legal requests, court orders, subpoenas, search warrants, and emergency disclosure requests issued by authorized law enforcement and judicial authorities.

ULFA respects user data privacy while cooperating with valid legal process to prevent fraud, human exploitation, financial scams, and safety threats.

Serving Valid Legal Process

To be processed, all requests for non-public user data must be legally binding under applicable law and transmitted from an official government email domain.

Official Transmission Channel: Subpoenas and court orders must be sent from an official law enforcement email domain (e.g., @police.gov) to legal@ulfa.live.

Officer Verification: The legal document must detail the investigating officer's full name, title, department name, badge or ID number, direct telephone number, and official agency address.

Scope of Disclosable Records

ULFA responds to legal process strictly in accordance with statutory limitations:

  • Subscriber Information (Subpoena): Basic account subscriber details (name, registered email address, account registration date, IP login timestamps).
  • Transactional & Profile Logs (Court Order): Payment transaction metadata, profile update history, and account activity logs.
  • Stored Content (Search Warrant): Message contents or private uploads disclosed strictly pursuant to a valid search warrant issued upon a showing of probable cause.

Emergency Disclosure Requests (EDR)

In cases involving an imminent threat of death or serious physical harm to any person, law enforcement officers may request emergency disclosure of account records.

Emergency Request Submission:• Email subject line MUST state: EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST
• Transmit directly to: legal@ulfa.live
• Include specific facts demonstrating the emergency nature and immediate risk.

Data Preservation & User Notification

Preservation Requests: Upon written request from a recognized law enforcement agency, ULFA will preserve account records for 90 days pending issuance of formal legal process.
User Notification: ULFA notifies users prior to disclosing their personal data unless prohibited by a court non-disclosure order or in verified emergency situations.
