Overview & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and standards of conduct applicable to all registered users, visitors, and subscribers of ULFA.LIVE ("ULFA", "Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or accessing any service on ULFA, you agree to comply with this AUP in full.
ULFA is designed to provide a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for adult Muslims seeking marriage. Any use of the Platform outside this intended scope is strictly prohibited.
Permitted Uses
- Creating an accurate, truthful personal profile reflecting your genuine identity and marital intent.
- Communicating respectfully with potential matches for legitimate matrimonial consideration.
- Utilizing privacy features (such as Digital Veil controls) and guardian (Wali) participation features in accordance with platform options.
Prohibited Conduct & Content
The following behaviors and content types are strictly forbidden on ULFA. Violation will result in immediate account restriction, permanent suspension, and potential legal referral:
Payment Integrity & Anti-Fraud Rules
Subscribers must use valid, authorized payment instruments (credit card, debit card) belonging legally to the account holder.
- Stolen Payment Instruments: Using stolen cards or unauthorized billing details is illegal and results in immediate permanent account termination, IP ban, and reporting to financial fraud authorities.
- Fraudulent Chargeback Claims: Filing bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes for authorized membership subscriptions used in bad faith will lead to permanent account suspension and blacklisting.
Reporting Violations & Content Moderation
ULFA employs a combination of automated content filters and human moderation queues to review reported profiles and message interactions. If you encounter any violation of this AUP, you can report it immediately via:

Enforcement & Account Actions
ULFA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action including:
- Issuing a formal warning to the account holder.
- Removing or editing non-compliant profile content or photo uploads.
- Temporary account suspension pending investigation.
- Permanent account termination and forfeiture of remaining subscription balances without refund.
- Referral to law enforcement in cases involving illegal acts or safety threats.
